CIPP (Cured-in-place-pipe) inflatable Curved Packer is a tubular inflatable device used to hold the resin-impregnated fiberglass sheeting against the inside walls of the host pipe for the duration of the curing process.
The 4″ and 6″ inflatable curved packer are used to install CIPP sectional liners on bends in laterals. The central portion of the bladder area will expand freely in the radius of the bend without creating any kinks (Lining materials must be compatible for lining bends).
Inflatable curved packer are offered with the optional capability to insert a 3/8″ O.D. push rod through the carrier, thereby pushing the carrier from the nose rather than the back side.
The central portion of the rubber sleeve is built to mold the pipe shape. The liner installed is applied against the pipe wall on its entire length. The installation result could be wrinkle free if the material used is built for this application. An eye bolt at each end of the carrier allows to pull the liner in place.
The feed-thru push rod option is available for 4”, 5” and 6″ models (push rod not included). This allows the operator to push the carrier by the nose, making it easier to pass through the bends, reducing the risk of creating wrinkles while bringing the impregnated sleeve in place.
The standard length of 54″ gives a contact length of 48″ with the pipe wall. Available up to 6.5′ long.
Features
- An eye-bolt is installed at both ends. A roller ball can be installed instead of one the eye-bolt to ease to passage of the carrier through the bend of the pipe.
- Semi-rigid hoses and Safety inflation Systems are available.
- Longer carriers are available to install Spot Repairs in straight section of lateral pipes 3″, 4″ and 6″ diameter.
Notes:
For cured in place point repairs, we recommend a sleeve installer with a rubber contact length of 6'' longer than the length of the cured in place point repair. Custom made products.
Set of pulling heads or trolleys to pull the sleeve installer is offered separately.

- All resin and pipe liner kit sales are final.
- You may return other unused, unopened merchandise within 30 days for a refund, minus shipping and handling fees and a re-stocking fee of 20%.
- We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
- In the case of defective merchandise, we will ship out a replacement once we have received and verified the defective merchandise.
- All items under warranty will be either replaced or repaired at the discretion of Drain Rehab Solutions with our client satisfaction approach.

For delivery in North America, delivery charges are all included in the invoice. Delivery time is 2 to 7 days.
For delivery to other countries, additional delivery charges may apply depending on the destination country. Delivery time is 7 to 14 days.
